Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Adhere to the company’s guiding principles and respond to all calls/emails within 24 hours.
  • Oversee daily operations for a large, high-growth market, managing a portfolio of over 170 communities.
  • Recruit, train, develop, and manage a team of Directors, Community Association Managers (CAMs), and Assistant Community Association managers (ACAMs).
  • Manage and track internal and external tasks, ensuring all calendars, scheduled events, and deadlines are met.
  • Serve as the second level of escalation to address and resolve complex client or operational issues.
  • Ensure CAMs operate within the Service Level Agreement (SLA) and consistently meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Oversee the onboarding of new community association clients, coordinating with the Client Services Group during the transition process.
  • Manage vendor relationships and address construction and maintenance issues across the portfolio.
  • Monitor financial performance and ensure compliance with community association business and financial practices.
  • Build and lead a first-class team by fostering a positive, professional, and results-driven work environment.
  • Motivate and collaborate with committees to cultivate strong client relationships and satisfaction.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Attend monthly meetings and training meetings as required.
  • Conduct business with the highest standards of personal, professional, and ethical conduct at all times.
  • Display exceptional ability to analyze and handle a variety of situations that could otherwise become potential problems.
  • Prioritize and complete various projects as assigned by management.
