Job Description

Associa is currently looking for a Director of Property Management to join out T-Square team in Bothell, WA.

Compensation:

80,000 - 90,000 depending on experience.

How will you make an impact?

  • Lead and oversee the operations, administration, and improvement of residential portfolio encompassing both MFR and SFR Rental Properties.
  • Reviewing regular inspections and audits to ensure properties are well-maintained and complain with all regulations and codes.
  • Solve complex tenant issues and disputes, providing resolutions that minimize legal risk and maintain relationships.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive property management strategies that align with the company’s objectives.
  • Monthly report analysis to ensure KPIs are in line with business objectives. Fundamental understanding of WA Rent Collection Policies, Eviction Handling, Lease Up Strategy and Restrictions, & Maintenance Coordination.
  • Provide leadership, high level support, and training to residential team members, including remote and global team members.
  • Coordinate with various teams to ensure a seamless interface between property management, leasing, and maintenance departments.
  • Promote culture of exceptional service among team members
  • Communicate and maintain effective business relationships with owners, tenants, and team members in a clear, professional, and timely manner. Via verbal, written, electronic and in-person communication.
  • Ensure that teams comply with current applicable landlord-tenant law and fair housing law including reasonable accommodation procedures and policy.

Requirements

  • Minimum of5years experience in rental property management; with at least1 year in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficient in property management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and remote team meetings.
  • Demonstrable track record of improving property performance and tenant satisfaction.
  • WA Real Estate license helpful but not required
