Job Title: Director of Operations -Spectrum Association Management
Location: San Antonio, TX
Position Summary
As the Director of Operations, you must exude the consistent process mastership and the customer service values we ask our teams to demonstrate every day; a strategic leader with integrity, a collaborative nature, and desire to help others be successful by polishing their strengths; a learning addict and has years of experience with leadership, process execution, procedures, team building, operations management, and service product delivery. The role is responsible for the direction and management of all operational processes supporting superior quality and timeliness of services to the HOA clients we service in Texas and Arizona.
The challenge involves multiple department teams including a smaller call center, legal support unit, real estate support function, financial and accounting services, shared services administration group, architectural review, and more. There are seven department managers directly reporting to this role, along with 70+ employees in the operations division.
The Director of Operations will possess strong relationship building and work ethic, proven problem-solving skills, strategic planning skills, proactive personality, ability to think quickly and recognize problems while quickly creating solutions, and the ability to motivate and develop employees. We are looking for visible leadership, accountability, and someone with a successful record of accomplishment in process transformation through technology. This position will lead from the front line and achieve results side-by-side with managers and employees.

- Develop comprehensive operational plans and strategy to support business growth and maintain optimal volume throughput, cost control, operations efficiency, and quality.
- Implement uniform best practices while maintaining compliance.
- Systematically cultivates and maintains collaborative relationships with managers of the organization to achieve mutual goals.

- Develop and implement plans and research projects to improve and expand operational growth and financial profitability through technology.

Job requirements
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher REQUIRED
- Extensive experience with corporate operations and process execution is required.
- Minimum ten years combined operations leadership experience including five to eight in a senior management role.
- Experience leading multiple operations departments in a service product organization.
- Advanced Excel, Word, and database skills.
- A positive attitude and the ability to develop the same in the employees.
- Proven dedication to delivering consistent excellent customer service experience.
- Master of process execution leading to improvement transformation through technology
- Deep belief in documenting process and measuring performance and results.
- Strong leadership to drive empowered, accountable culture, and lead others through change.
- Strong customer service skills to assure success of internal and external customers.
- Self-motivated individual to set and maintain his or her own pace and that of the team.
- Adaptable in fast paced highly transactional environment, where multitasking, attention to detail, and great planning skills are essential.
- Able to overcome obstacles to corporation and to foster harmonious relations.
- Must be resourceful and forward thinking when it comes to technology.
