Associa is currently looking for a Director of Operations to join our T-Square team in Bothell, WA.The Operations Manager oversee their organization’s production of goods and/or services. Theyoversee various departments, such as purchasing, warehousing, and manufacturing making sure that their company’s products meet or exceed clients’ or customers’ expectation. The Director of Operations oversees budgets and they may be involved in establishing sales andprofit goals. They Director of Operations must also make sure that their company conducts their business in a safe manner complying with safety and environmental rules and regulations.

Compensation:

 

75,000-80,000 annually

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Monitor and manage operational costs.
  • Make personnel decisions regarding hiring, compensation, promotions, discipline and termination of operational support staff in accordance with company policies.
  • Manage the day to day company or department operations.

 

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • Master’s Degree Preferred
  • 7 - 10 years of directly related or closely related experience
