The Lifestyle Director plays a pivotal role within our community, acting in alignment with the directives established by the Board of Directors. This position is essential for organizing social initiatives that enhance the quality of life for our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Propose, organize, and facilitate a variety of ongoing events and activities.
- Collaborate closely with committees, clubs, and other groups to address their needs.
- Schedule and coordinate all ongoing activities, demonstrating flexibility for occasional evening and weekend events.
- Plan and execute special events, parties, programs, and day trips, incorporating resident feedback.
- Engage with performers, negotiate contracts, and arrange necessary logistics for programs.
- Publicize all activities and maintain a comprehensive calendar of events.
- Design promotional materials for events and disseminate information through eblasts.
- Innovate and introduce new activities tailored to the interests of residents.
- Manage Association social activity accounts and prepare related financial reports.
- Participate in social committee meetings and provide a monthly report to the Manager/Lifestyle Supervisor detailing planned activities and any challenges.
- Oversee the setup for events and maintain the community calendar.
- Work in collaboration with the community manager and conduct New Homeowner Orientations.
- Assist residents in learning various games and ensure the café is adequately stocked.

- Excellent organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
