Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Lifestyle Director who will uphold the policies set forth by the Board of Directors, focusing on the organization of social activities that enrich the lives of our residents and enhance community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Propose, organize, and facilitate a variety of ongoing events and activities.
  • Collaborate closely with committees, clubs, and other community groups to ensure responsiveness to their needs.
  • Schedule and plan special events, parties, programs, and day trips in conjunction with resident input.
  • Contact performers, negotiate contracts, and finalize arrangements for events.
  • Publicize all activities, maintaining an up-to-date calendar of events.
  • Design event flyers and distribute e-blasts regarding upcoming events.
  • Introduce innovative ideas and activities that captivate resident interest.
  • Maintain Association social activity accounts and prepare monthly financial reports for various clubs.
  • Participate in social committee meetings and oversee room setups for events.
  • Compile and submit a monthly report to the Manager/Lifestyle Supervisor detailing planned activities and any operational challenges.
  • Work alongside the community manager and assist with New Homeowner Orientation and clubhouse tours.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • A friendly and approachable demeanor when interacting with residents.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Committed to delivering high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to dress appropriately for an informal business environment (no T-shirts or jeans).
