Responsibilities
The Director of Community Off-Ramping is responsible for the day-to-day client off-ramping activities, processes and training for RealManage.
Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Leads day-to-day off-ramping operations for RealManage Family of Brands (RM & GM)
- Develops, implements and reviews off-ramping processes including adding or revising training materials available for department staff
- Meets client’s expectations by ensuring off-ramping tasks are processed timely
- Understands contractual deliverables and is able to execute, track and report on such
- Completes all necessary work in the absence of staff and capable of performing all off-ramping job duties
- Oversees and ensures completion of daily routine functions of the department, lending support to staff, billing clients, and others
- Maintains, mentors and builds relationships with RealManage Family of Brands Leadership, managers and clients
- Reviews and responds to department escalations from markets to include staff and clients
- Develops, maintains and reports metrics of the off-ramping department accurately and timely
- Reviews potential employee candidate applications, conducts interviews, and provides feedback on hiring new off-ramping staff
- Coaches, develops and trains team members; communicates performance level expectations; provides constructive feedback and establishes an accountability rhythm to ensure goals of individual team members and department meet or exceed expectations
- Trains and supervises staff on the SOPs of Community Off- R amping and cross trains individuals in order to effectively manage operations and staff
- Reviews staff performance in regard to attendance, deadlines and quality of work on a quarterly basis or more when needed
- Ensures payroll accuracy by overseeing and correcting timecards and processing contractor paysheets with payroll
- Maintains positive internal working relations with all department employees by communicating in a professional manner
- Schedules recurring meetings with team; attends leadership meetings and provide feedback on market challenges, market trends and articulates a plan to address anything that warrants action
- Schedules training of off-ramping processes with RealManage Family of Brands markets to ensure understanding of processes by managers and market Leadership
- Collaborates with IMO and CMSG on training of processes in new markets
- Performs other duties as assigned
Hybrid work location- part in office (Plano, TX) and part at home - must live in DFW area
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred, high school diploma required
- 3+ years of Community Association Management or Off-ramping experience
- 3+ years of leadership in a related field, supervisory experience preferred
- Requires experience in delivering training
- Requires experience in performing multiple job tasks and projects
- Requires experience in setting goals by prioritizing objectives
- Requires setting and meeting deadlines
- Requires basic skills in MS Office (Word, Excel and Google Docs)
- Requires flexibility in every aspect and ability to respond to any situation quickly and adequately
- Requires strong verbal and written communication skills and customer service skills
- Requires ability to solve problems and work well independently and as part of a team
Pay and Benefits:
$60,000 to $68,000, depending on education and experience.
