Job Description

Director of Community Association Management for Utah/Colorado/Nevada

  • HOAMCO (Overseeing Utah/Denver/Nevada)

HOAMCO is seeking a dynamic and seasoned Director to oversee our Utah, Colorado, and Nevada regions.

This Director will help us to manage and grow within these marketplaces while overseeing the Regional Directors.

We are only accepting applicants with 8+ years of HOA experience.

Salary $90,000.00

The Director will be responsible for providing the overall supervision to these states and their staff, communities, and growth. He or she will be responsible for cultivating and developing relationships with new and existing HOA communities in a way that deepens our relationship and commitment to the industry.

Qualifications

  • Eight plus years of related experience in the HOA marketplace is required. Industry certifications (CMCA, AMS, PCAM, LSM) preferred.
  • Leadership experience required.
  • This position includes weekly travel amongst Colorado, Nevada, and Utah.
  • Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques at a proficient level.
  • Self-motivated, strong communicator, proactive, detail oriented, and a team player.
  • Applicants should have excellent customer service and computer skills, be self-motivated and enjoy working in a fast-moving environment.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Zoom etc.) at a proficient level.
  • Employment is contingent upon pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

  • Traveling to each office to oversee and meet with staff and clients.
  • Opening and breaking ground on future HOAMCO communities.
  • Marketing HOAMCO throughout said regions.
  • Managing the operations of associations as well as employees.
  • Providing leadership, training, and development throughout said regions.
  • Recruiting managers and new accounts.
  • Overseeing service contracts, monitoring HOA financial statements and delinquencies, assisting Boards and committees, and knowing and enforcing CC&R's. He or she acts as the primary liaison between the Board of Directors and Homeowners.
  • Attending Board meetings per the management agreement and community events as needed.
  • He or she will actively support respective community values, vision and philosophies, while demonstrating a style of leadership that allows residents needs to be met with a high level of satisfaction.
