Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced HR director with outstanding people skills to manage all aspects of human capital and ensure that our human resources programs and initiatives are effective, efficient, and aligned to overall business objectives in the assigned market.

Duties For The HR Director Will Include

  • Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and compassionate manner. This role will have responsibility for the day to day HR Support of Elevated Onsite, a Division of RealManage as well as the oversight of all HR Operations in multiple states.
  • Support employee development
  • Counsel managers/supervisors regarding staff performance, personnel practices, policies, and employment laws
  • Execute onboarding and offboarding procedures
  • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)
  • Partner with leaders to improve relationships, build morale and increase productivity/retention
  • Provide recommendations regarding new hires, promotions, and transfers
  • Perform other tasks/projects as assigned by leadership team
