The Director, Horizon Sales is responsible for leading, developing, and scaling the Horizon Sales organization to consistently deliver year-over-year performance & growth. The ideal candidate provides leadership, drives a culture of success and high accountability, and ultimately ensures execution.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the team in delivering on monthly, quarterly and annual goals.
  • Identify and execute on key initiatives that drive alignment & increased effectiveness of Horizon Sales.
  • Hire, develop, and retain a high-performing and world class selling team.
  • Ensure implementation of ongoing training programs regarding our sales methodology, product knowledge, and knowledge of the property management industry.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7+ years relevant experience; 5+ years of experience hiring, developing, and retaining top talent
  • Knowledge of strategic selling, sales methodologies, and sales industry best practices
  • BA/BS degree

  • Communication: Provides clear communication regarding the Sales strategy (what we are doing, why, how it impacts) and present it in a clear, concise manner across all levels

Consultative: Able to solve complex issues with various stakeholders by educating a group and knowing how to advise discussions that lead to a shared understanding of value
