What You’ll Do

Be a strategic business partner to the Payments, Screening, and Insurance (PSI) organization to drive sustainable growth in alignment with short and long term priorities and strategy. Enable informed decision making by the business leaders by providing financial leadership, data analysis, and insight on performance and supporting recommendations.

  • Develop a strategic and innovative approach to partnering with the PSI.
  • Provide financial leadership to the PSI leadership team. Provide SVP of PSI with financial council, enabling timely, well informed decision making.
  • Deliver financial excellence at scale. Unlock strategic business partnerships by simplifying, standardizing, and automating foundational financial tools such as reporting and monthly forecast.
  • Lead annual and multi year financial planning process for the PSI business, including:
  • Deliver the annual plan in accordance with APM timelines, meeting key milestones and within financial targets.
  • With the strategic plan, deliver the LRFP for PSI (Long Range Financial Plan) as a tool to enable informed decision making in the business across all investment horizons.
  • Ensure Safe, Sustainable and Scalable business practices
  • Responsible for ensuring your team lives and reinforces our Safe, Sustainable and Scalable business practices and commitments
  • Build and Retain a High Performing Team
  • Create and teach/mentor new standards of excellence in business partnership.

What We’re Looking For

  • Business Advocacy + Execution: Results oriented, objective business advocate; trusted advisor and business partner with the ability to drive business insights, actions, and accountability across departments.
  • Financial Analysis: Advanced technical proficiency and exceptional financial analysis capabilities. Has a unique perspective in the measurement of business performance and managing risk with a view towards creating shareholder value.
  • Detail Orientation: Able to see the big picture and pay attention to detail while striving for accuracy and operational excellence.
  • Leadership: Accomplished leader and coach, can manage and build a team of A Players.
  • Communication + Influence: Strong written and oral communication skills; can influence across the organization, inspire confidence and garner support for strategic initiatives.
  • Presentation: Experienced in developing and presenting business plans, models, and financial forecasts to CFO, finance leadership, Executives and other key stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Effective facilitation and project management skills. Adept at change management and defining new processes.

Must-Haves

  • 10+ years of experience; SaaS preferred
  • Experience with long range financial planning

Compensation & Benefits

The base salary that we reasonably expect to pay for this role is: $165,000-$250,000

The actual base salary for this role will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to: the candidate’s skills, education, experience, etc.

Please note that base pay is one important aspect of a compelling Total Rewards package. The base pay range indicated here does not include any additional benefits or bonuses/commissions that you may be eligible for based on your role and/or employment type.
