CiraConnect is rapidly growing and has multiple exciting opportunities for accounting professionals to join our Shared Services team as a Director, Accounts Payable in servicing client management companies and community associations. Responsibilities
Overview:
As the Director, Accounts Payable, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire accounts payable function within the organization. Your primary focus will be on managing the timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and payments.

The Director, Accounts Payable, is responsible for managing the process in a highly transactional and challenging environment. Responsibilities include:
- Manages all day-to-day operations of the Accounts Payable function.
- Oversees and provides leadership to the Accounts Payable managers, including hiring, onboarding, training, coaching and development.
- Maintain relationship with outsource provider(s) of accounts payable related services.
- Develops, implements, and maintains procedures, policies, key performance indicators (KPI), and metrics related to AP.
- Analyze data to identify cost-saving opportunities and track key metrics related to accounts payable.
- Identify opportunities to streamline the accounts payable process, reduce manual interventions, and enhance efficiency.
- Implement process enhancements to optimize workflows and improve financial control.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, set goals, and provide feedback to ensure high-quality work output.
- Communicate professionally with vendors and internal staff regarding billing and payment inquiries.
- Provides oversight and review over 1099 reporting and other AP related compliance reporting requirements.
- Plus other workk related tasks as needed
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive AP experience in a shared service environment with at least 5 years in a managerial or directorial capacity.
- Accounts payable ERP experience such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.…
- Ability to work in high volume.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to stay on task and meet deadlines.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service-oriented attitude
Pay and Benefits:
$90,000 to $110,000 Depending on education and experience.
