You love serving and supporting accounts, your DNA is all about customer success! You are a digital media professional that has programmatic display/video, paid social and digital out-of-home campaign management experience combined with a proven account management background. You will be able from day one to collaborate with the HOAM team during the pre-sales process and be the primary Account Manager and campaign point of contact post sales for all newly acquired clients driving successful campaign outcomes and revenue growth for Coming Home Media Group.

 

You are a relationship builder with clients and cross-functional team-members with a demonstrable teamwork mindset to deliver on behalf of clients and Coming Home Media Group. Responsibilities

 

The Account Manager for Coming Home Media is the client’s point-of-contact for all digital campaign-related work and inquiries from start to finish. This includes collaborating with an internal campaign management team on campaign related tasks such as campaign setup, delivery management, optimization efforts and ensuring campaign delivery and performance goals are met. In addition to the following:

 

  • Serve as the primary post-sale contact for clients, manage the designated book of business, and identify and execute upselling opportunities
  • Work with sales team members to support Coming Home Media Groups pre-sales efforts that includes helping with RFP responses, media plan development and potential sales presentations
  • Collaborate closely with the internal campaign management team to support daily processes including campaign set-up, coordination of creative, trafficking, optimization, troubleshooting and QA outstanding execution, management, and delivery services.
  • Monitor and influence campaign delivery, troubleshoot and escalate delivery issues, and provide optimization/up-selling opportunities for campaigns
  • Provide strategic campaign insights, campaign performance wrap-ups, and develop and manage Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with assigned clients
  • Provide expert oversight and knowledge for all programs managed through the identified activation platforms
  • Ensures CRM is up to date and accurate
  • Focus on client retention, including growth, renewal, and satisfaction

 

Requirements

 

Qualifications/Skills:

 

  • 3-4+ years of account management and digital campaign experience.
  • Clear knowledge of programmatic (Demand Side Platforms) and 1st Party data management (DMPs, Data Onboarding)
  • Demonstrated experience effectively managing and optimizing campaigns by analyzing client ROI and CPA goals with data, media buying cycles, website architecture, and product/service update schedules to achieve client goals
  • Outstanding AdTech platform and general software skills including advanced knowledge of spreadsheets (MS Excel), word processing (MS Word), and PowerPoint
  • Ownership mindset to ensure optimal client success and be able to proactively manage workflow and performance, and mitigate potential issues
  • Excellent organizational, and project and time management skills to effectively manage successful outcomes for multiple digital campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to be self-directed managing assigned book of business working with cross-functional teams
