Job Description
Sentry Management is seeking a digital marketing specialist passionate about crafting an engaging and effective digital program that fosters Sentry Management’s growth and delivers a positive digital experience for board members and homeowners. The scope of the role includes management of the corporate website, landing pages, SEO, marketing automation, and email marketing. The person who fills this role will also help to oversee and advise on SEM and display programs, social media campaigns, online reputation management, and third-party lead gen programs. This position takes an analytic approach to create more awareness and leads for Sentry Management’s services. This position will be based in our Longwood, FL office and will report to the Vice President of Corporate Marketing. A hybrid work model is possible.
Responsibilities
Website and Digital Advertising
- Partner with Sentry Management’s graphic designer and digital vendor to manage all aspects of the website including design direction, maintenance, and working with outside resources if necessary for the creation of website copy
- Devise, build and manage a roadmap of content requirements for the website
- Develop strong rapport with digital vendors and provide them with industry-specific recommendations for optimizing performance for paid search and display campaigns
- Utilize all analytic tools necessary such as SEO software, Google Analytics, and Google Ads Manager to produce monthly digital reports and make informed decisions on all web and digital advertising strategies
Email Marketing
- Work within Sentry’s marketing & CRM software to develop, optimize, implement and track email marketing campaigns
- Manage all aspects of email campaigns including the calendar, creatives, segmentation, testing, optimization, and website triggers
- Assist with drip campaign implementation (content and design) for sales team members
- Assists with content creation for e-newsletters and partners with training team for educational content for client engagement emails
Analytics, Delivery & Reporting
- Develop and deliver a digital marketing strategy across a variety of platforms to drive leads and awareness
- Manage production timelines and delivery schedules while working with vendors to ensure deadlines are met
- Utilize a variety of analytical software tools to report key data/metrics, evaluate performance, and adjust digital marketing strategy
Social Media & Online Reputation Management
- Develop and implement a paid and organic social media strategy that focuses on new customer acquisition, client engagement, and employee recruiting
- Oversee content creation and scheduling while continually monitoring and moderating engagement
- Update and maintain office location information and content across Sentry’s website, Google Business Profiles, social media profiles, third-party listings, and paid search campaigns
- Administer Sentry Management’s reputation management software, including setting up user accounts, pulling reports, training employees, and advising on best practices
Required Skills And Experience
- BS/BA degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in email marketing and digital campaign management
- Experience tracking digital marketing campaigns through Google Analytics, SEO software, or analytic tools
- Experience developing and implementing marketing automation campaigns and workflows
- Working understanding of WordPress
- Experience with creating both organic content and paid campaigns for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
Preferred Skills And Experience
- Experience with CRM databases such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Creatio, Keap, or others
- Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and related Google platforms
- Certifications in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, PPC, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads
- Experience with social media tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Facebook Business Suite, etc.
- Experience with an email campaign platform like MailChimp, Constant Contact, or Campaign Monitor
- Experience with HTML, PHP, and CSS
- Strong copywriting and editing skills appreciated
