DevOps Engineer

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to help us scale our operations and build robust, efficient solutions that improve our customer experience. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, technical enthusiast who will be responsible for deploying infrastructure enhancements, driving operational efficiencies, and delivering solutions that serve the needs of the business and our customers.

Responsibilities

• Develops cloud infrastructure solutions, optimized for cost, operations, performance, reliability and security.
• Designs target state cloud architecture, partnering with other areas, such as product, development, and engineering teams.
• Builds reusable patterns for application development in the cloud to deploy and modernize applications, provide governance around adoption, and influence application development teams on roadmaps and designs.
• Works to maximize security in the cloud and minimize risk.
• Assists in supporting and refining the software release process.
• Assists in troubleshooting of component applications and technologies.
• Provides technology assessments, strategic reviews, and internal consultation to ensure all areas are adhering to best practices.
• Identifies opportunities for automation and monitoring improvements, develops project plans for implementation, and drives their adoption.
• Maintains current knowledge of industry trends and best practices, shares that knowledge with the team using relatable terms, and leads technical decisions that affect the business on a long-term basis.
• Continuously challenges themselves and colleagues to improve processes and derive new ideas and solutions to elevate our systems, products, and customer experience.
