We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable HOA Developer Manager to join our team. This individual has had experience working with Declarant Controlled Homeowner Associations and condominiums while also possessing the qualities of a self-starter, effective problem solver, and person whom enjoys building relationships. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and leads with professionalism and humility. A flexible schedule and reliable transportation are required. Our Community Managers are supported by a diligent team who is knowledgeable, fun, fair, and respectful, so you can focus your efforts on larger projects and delivering the best experience in Community Management.

HOA Developer Manager Duties And Responsibilities

Prepare budget and cash flow projections for developer/builder clients.
Work with the declarant to ensure communities are kept in pristine condition at all times.
Build relationships with the declarant board and homeowners as the community grows.
Conduct monthly common area walks with vendors.
Perform site visit checks during landscape installation.
Provide weekly reports to the declarant board.
Provide monthly communication to homeowners.
Ensure Reserve Study projects are on track and completed.
Possess knowledge and understanding of financials.
Operate with a cash flow budget and understand subsidy management.
Attend monthly/quarterly builder meetings.
Review architectural requests with the ability to evaluate plans and guidelines to make informed recommendations and decisions.
Review and implement governing documents.
Attend Annual and Town Hall meetings.
Communicate at an executive level, with the ability to speak publicly and resolve matters when possible.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Coordinate with multiple vendors and bring them together to solve unique problems for the benefit of the community.

Skills

Previous HOA community management experience required.
Excellent written and verbal skills, able to type at least 30 words a minute.
Ability to work on your own and meet deadlines
Organized and the ability to multi-task
Flexible schedule
CAAM or CMCA designation preferred but not required
