Abundant Life Towers I, located in Baltimore, MD, is looking for a part time Desk Attendant. As front desk attendant, you are responsible for making sure the common areas of the building are secure, answering phone calls, taking messages when the Leasing Center is closed, documenting all events of the shift, and making sure all visitors and guests sign in and out. Qualified candidates will have at least 6 months customer service experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a flexible schedule, with their primary work hours being evenings, and is available for on-call. Schedule days are Wednesday and Thursday from 5:00 PM to 12:30 AM, and rotating weekends (8:30 AM - 4:30 PM). Holiday availability is required. Opportunity to travel between both Abundant Life locations is available.

- Hourly rate starting at $15.00**
- Responsible for controlling the front desk. Meet and greet all residents and visitors that come to the property
- Monitor and log activities of the building, make sure visitors sign in/out of the building, etc.
- Ensure all guests sign in and out of the property.
- Report any incidents that may occur on the property.
- Call the ambulance and police for residents if necessary.
- Be able to walk the floors and speak with residents.
- Ensure the security of all common area's in the building
- Answer phone calls and take messages when the Leasing Center is closed
- Document all events of the shift
