Job Description

The Facilities – Recreation Attendant monitors resident and guest use of club facilities for adherence to the Rules & Regulations regarding facility use. In addition, will assist in functions/duties relating to operation and maintenance of facilities, and maintain verification of residents’ membership to the club facilities, and surrounding facilities at the community.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Responsible for regular contact with residents and guests using clubhouse facilities. Works very closely with the Lifestyle Director.

Responsible for the cleanliness of the club facility’s interior/exterior and its furniture and equipment

ARC Letters

Check garbage's and garbage bags under sinks

Inventory and order supplies

Check on and enforce pool rules

Prepare Welcome letters

Prepare delinquent letters

Tuesdays/Thursdays: maintenance needs as cleaners are not there

Schedule all events - reservations for club house

Print monthly calendars and verify all events

Update website as needed

Send out community emails

Keep walkways free of debris

Manage irrigation spreadsheet

Handle landscape/mowing complaints

Maintain Clubhouse maintenance log

Requirements

 Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).

 Professional customer service skills.

 Interpretation and completion of verbal and/or written instructions at a proficient level.

 Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.

 Time management and time critical prioritization skills.

 High School Diploma or GED Required
