Job Description

The Delinquency Lead (DQ) Lead is responsible for assisting Delinquency leadership with all activities at the Client Shared Service Center (CSSC). We are a fast-paced centralized corporate services environment for Associa, a leading residential management company providing financial services to community associations throughout North America and beyond.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Follows Associa’s mission, ethics and values in every work task and business interaction.
  • Develops and maintains relationships with internal and external business partners while offering unsurpassed customer service.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of delinquent accounts.
  • Assist Leadership with allocation of workflow.
  • Assists with processing escalations.
  • Monitors daily task for completeness.
  • Acts as primary point of contact for escalation issues
  • Assist with audits and research for delinquency special projects
  • Works with supervisor to establish annual goals and objectives and monitors and advises on their progress to enhance the professional development of staff.
  • Provides training to new and existing staff, as needed.
  • Identifies staffing issues and reports to supervisor.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Evaluate, analyze, and prioritize data in various forms and formats.
  • Knowledge of articulating collection polices, while translating to potential system limitations
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level.
  • Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
  • Demonstrated leadership ability
  • Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
  • Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
  • Professional customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of Delinquency Portal

Education and Experience:

  • Associates Degree Preferred
  • 3 – 5 years of directly related or closely related experience
  • 0 – 3 years of Management and/or Supervisory experience
