Job Description

Associa is currently looking for a Delinquency Supervisor to join our team in Lakewood, CO. As a Delinquency Supervisor, you willprepare and distribute collection notices via first class mail, certified mail and email while ensuring the notices meet the requirements of Colorado HB 1137; and oversee the collections team.

Compensation:

Salary: $52,500-$55,000 annually; experience highly considered

How will you make an impact?

The Delinquency Supervisor specialists helps the company grow by:

  • Pull delinquency reporting to determine what letters need to be processed
  • Merge letters, with full ledgers and review to determine if additional ledgers are required. Insert additional ledgers when needed
  • Format letters into PDF's that can be processed by a third-party mailing company and submit for processing
  • Enter reimbursables for all letters editing quantities to prevent revenue loss
  • Email letters to all owners with emails on file and maintain impeccable records of distribution
  • Provide correct copies of demand letters to a process server to be posted
  • Oversee the collections team facilitating the above to ensure that the requirements of HB 1137 are being met by all
  • Facilitate Branch wide training on the collections processes for all staff members
  • Establish and implement SOP’s and best practices for collections
  • Work with association attorney’s to ensure proper implementation of collections policies

Requirements

  • HOA experience is preferred
  • Supervisor experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level
  • Knowledge of typical business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling, etc.) at a proficient level
  • Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques at a proficient level
  • Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
  • Professional customer service skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player
  • Time management and time critical prioritization skills
