Job Description

 

The Project Coordinator position supports the Delinquency Leadership team in the daily operation of various projects related to C3 and Branch/Association set ups. The Coordinator serves as the main POC & front line liaison in executing on all tasks related to C3 & Delinquency Portal. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

 

  • Responsible for coordinating workflow and appropriate set ups for all incoming Branches into C3 & Delinquency Portal
  • Responsible for all C3 transition ins and outs
  • First level contact for all Delinquency Portal & C3 set ups
  • Handling & mitigating all Ad Hoc Branch escalations in a timely manner
  • Resolving support requests from branches in regards to all projects pertaining to Delinquency
  • Working with external clients and internal departments to resolve HOA issues
  • Logging & tracking of support activity
  • Coaching and/or training of Delinquency associates as required
  • Timely completion of ongoing projects as assigned by leadership
  • Responsible for tracking all changes and reporting accordingly
  • Other projects as assigned

 

Requirements

  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while still producing high quality work
  • Proactive approach to managing internal & external client expectations
  • Sound decision-making, while balancing the needs of the business and client/HOA
  • Ability to effectively de-escalate and resolve sensitive customer issues
  • Strong working knowledge of C3 & Delinquency Portal business rules
  • Strong working knowledge of departmental policies & procedures
  • Ability to analyze procedures and recommend improvements
  • Ability to communicate in a positive, professional manner with leadership, clients & co-workers
  • Commitment to embracing and supporting change within the organization
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
