This Dedicated Community Association Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations being assigned to one community. Qualifications HOA Community Management Experience is required Position Responsibilities Develop and maintain a professional relationship with the Board of Directors Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State and local regulations Facilitate and attendance at the Association meetings Oversee with the Compliance Administrator CC&R’s and governing documents Attend appropriate HOAMCO training classes, meetings and seminars as request Assist the Board of Directors with Annual Budget, Management Reports and Agendas Manage residential files, records, legal documents, property deeds, construction plans and other relevant records Review contractual services and on-site work as needed Ensure vendors, contractors requests are appropriately executed maintaining records of service Create and prepare Board of Directors Packets, Agendas and Management reports All Management Hoamco Employees Ability to consistently project a positive company image Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while handling daily interruptions Strong team-player, willing to step in and assist all staff About HOAMCO – Since 1991, HOAMCO (Homeowners Association Management Company) has successfully handled every aspect of community association management.
