What You'll Do

At AppFolio, our goal is to drive long term, sustainable growth through our high value based sales cycle and revenue operations. As a Deal Enablement Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high value and strategic deal structuring partnering with our Sales, Deal Operations and Business Operations teams. By working closely with Sales and Operations leadership, you will craft streamlined processes for deal development and workflows at scale. You will lead the end-to-end deal structuring, execution, and enablement, ensuring that the appropriate levels of control are in place while partnering to scale deal operations across the board.

  • Analytical: Able to structure and process quantitative and qualitative data, draw insightful conclusions and drive outcomes.
  • Strategic Thinking & Execution: Results oriented, objective advocate; trusted advisor and business partner with the ability to drive business insights, actions, and accountability across departments.
  • Collaboration: Must be able to partner with teams across departments to manage relationships with various partners and accomplish objectives.
  • Communication: Written and verbal communication are both vital to align cross-functional teams and to deliver and report results and metrics to drive sustainable, high revenue growth.
  • Efficiency: The Deal Enablement Manager must be efficient in deal decisioning while delivering accurate and equitable deals for the business
  • Leadership: Visible management and influence across teams that drives decision-making.
  • Relationship Builder: Ability to build strong, lasting relationships and make connections across business partners and AppFolians.

Must-Haves

  • BS or higher in a related field; or equivalent professional experience
  • Excel and Tableau skills are a plus.
  • 4+ Years of Experience in Finance or Deal Operations; 2+ years of SaaS experience.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.
  • 3+ Years of Management Experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Highly self-motivated and directed.
  • Proven analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

Compensation & Benefits

The base salary/hourly wage that we reasonably expect to pay for this role is: $105,000 - $155,000.

The actual base salary/hourly wage for this role will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to: the candidate’s skills, education, experience, etc.

Please note that base pay is one important aspect of a compelling Total Rewards package. The base pay range indicated here does not include any additional benefits or bonuses/commissions that you may be eligible for based on your role and/or employment type.
