Job Description

 

Position Overview:

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Integrations Manager to join our team. As a Data Integrations Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing data integration projects, ensuring seamless integration of data across various systems, and optimizing business processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business analysts, and stakeholders, to design and implement efficient data integration strategies. The ideal candidate will have excellent Excel skills, strong project management capabilities, and a solid understanding of business process design.

 

Responsibilities

 

Data Integration Strategy:

 

  • Develop and execute data integration strategies to enable seamless flow of data across systems and platforms.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvement through data integration initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define data integration goals and objectives.

 

Data Integration Project Management:

 

  • Lead data integration projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
  • Create project plans, set milestones, and allocate resources effectively.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and manage change requests.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth implementation of data integration solutions.

 

Business Process Design:

 

  • Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Work cross-functionally to design and implement streamlined business processes.
  • Develop documentation, including process maps, standard operating procedures, and user guides.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance policies, regulations, and industry best practices.

 

Data Quality Assurance:

 

  • Develop and implement data quality assurance processes to validate data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Collaborate with data owners and stakeholders to define data quality metrics and establish data quality benchmarks.
  • Perform data profiling and analysis to identify data anomalies and inconsistencies.
  • Develop and maintain data integration-related documentation, including data dictionaries and data mappings.

 

Stakeholder Collaboration:

 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business analysts, and stakeholders, to understand data integration requirements and align objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to end-users and stakeholders on data integration processes and tools.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

 

Requirements

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a Data Integrations Manager or similar role.
  • Excellent Excel skills, including advanced formulas, data analysis, and data manipulation.
  • Strong understanding of data integration concepts, tools, and technologies.
  • Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Solid knowledge of business process design and optimization.
  • Familiarity with data quality assurance practices and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

 

Preferred Skills:

 

  • Familiarity with SQL and data querying languages.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes.
  • Understanding of data governance and data security principles.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or relevant field.
