The Customer Service Specialist provides inbound customer assistance via customer service hotline and email correspondence.

What You’ll Accomplish

Provide inbound customer service assistance
Support all internal and external CCMC customers
Field all inbound customer service calls
Provide effective assistance to homeowners with questions or concerns regarding billing, dues, fees, address changes, general account maintenance and other issues
Act as primary back-up to Receptionist including greeting visitors, operating company switchboard and other essential functions
Provide administrative support to Accounts Receivable to include making copies, faxing, postage, filing and other support-related duties

What We’re Looking For

Minimum of one year experience in Customer Service
Competent data entry skills and 10 key by touch
Ability to maintain Excel spreadsheets and utilize common computer tools and office equipment
Quality customer service to internal and external CCMC customers
Ability to quickly process complex information and respond appropriately
Able to troubleshoot and problem solve accounts receivable and collections issues
Strong multi-tasking skills
Effective communication both orally and in writing
Knowledge of the operations of homeowners associations preferred
