We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for assisting clients by providing information and resolving customer issues over the phone. Use your amazing personality and phone skills to provide exceptional customer service while enjoying our Team Approach to property management. This is an incoming phone center; no solicitation or cold calling is involved.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries
- Provide information about the services we provide
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on telephone interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving services
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in a call center or property management a plus
- High School Diploma or equivalent
