Responsibilities

Prestigious San Diego based Community Association Management Company is currently seeking a bright, energetic, self-motivated individual to work in our corporate office within an Account Services position.

Walters Management has been providing community association management to homeowner’s associations and master planned communities in Southern California since 1973. Our philosophy is simple -- we aim to meet and exceed our clients' expectations and provide value through superior work product, sound advice and exceptional service.

Essential functions of the job:

 Provide customer service through phone and email 
 Resolve client billing discrepancies 
 Process data entry and enter account notes 
 Other duties as assigned 

 Part-time position 

Qualifications

Required qualifications, skills and abilities:

 Experience with Accounts Payable/Receivable 
 Three years of experience in Customer Service 
 Account services experience preferred 
 Excellent customer service attitude 
 Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task 
 Strong organizational skills 

 Pay and Benefits: 

$19.00 to $24.00, depending on education and experience.
