Customer Service Facilitator (PT) – Quailwood Community (Dewey, AZ)

HOAMCO is accepting resumes for a PART-time Customer Service Facilitator at Quailwood Community located in Dewey, AZ.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess outstanding customer service skills, be comfortable with internet, Outlook email, proficient with MS Office programs.
• Have a friendly, positive attitude.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Previous administrative skills or hospitality experience is preferred.

Job Duties

• Greeting residents and guests.
• Answering phones.
• Processing paperwork for access cards.
• Cleaning of the Clubhouse and common areas. (restrooms, gym, taking out trash, dusting, wiping counters, coffee bar, etc.)
• Setting up and breaking down tables and chairs for daily events and meetings.
