Clubhouse Team Member - Customer Service Facilitator (PART-TIME) - Verde Santa Fe (Cornville, AZ)
Job Overview: Provide members, guests and visitors with superior level of service while performing administrative and operational functions. Assists in providing a welcoming and safe environment. We look forward to you applying!
Part-Time: Shift Hours - 5 days/Weekly - 20 hours a week - 5pm to 9pm with days off being Tuesday and Wednesday!
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 Years customer service experience
- Integrity to maintain clubhouse, member and committee confidentiality
- General knowledge of computer software programs (Word-Based)
- Organized and responsive, communication skills
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Physical demands to lift 25 pounds
- Greet members, guests and visitors professionally and friendly
- Perform new member orientation
- Address basic questions
- Process Clubhouse forms, transactions and Petty Cash
- Administer Clubhouse Rules and Regulations
- Answer phones, direct calls and take messages
- Complete daily Clubhouse Checklist including Pool/Spa water testing procedures
- Ensure orderly/supplies are stocks and neatly displayed
