Job Description

 

The CustomerCareRepresentativeis responsibleforassistingcustomerswith inquiriesregarding

 

their accountover the phone,viaemail,through our community website,andin person.The Customer Care Representativemust be service-oriented,as wellas friendly and personable.

 

Job Duties And Responsibilities

 

Duties include but are notlimited to:

 

  • Maintaina positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customersat all times.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternativesandfollow up to ensureresolution.
  • Communicatewith customersover the phone, in person,viaemail, fax and TownSq.
  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
  • Multi-task bycompleting projects in-between calls.
  • Keep records of customer interactions.
  • Provide troubleshootingand technical assistance to customers.
  • Back up the receptionist asrequired.
  • Other duties as assignedor required.

 

Knowledge And Skills

 

  • Knowledge of general office equipment (copier, fax,phone systems,etc.).
  • Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques ataproficient level.
  • Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
  • Professional customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
  • Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
  • Bilingual preferred

 

Requirements
