Requirements
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist customers in-person, by phone, and via email
- Help troubleshoot customer concerns and resolve billing questions
- Update homeowner and association information in our system
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues
- Support general office tasks including scanning, printing, and faxing
- Provide technical assistance and product support when needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and alert manager to supply needs
What You Bring:
- A service-first mindset and friendly, professional communication style
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- Comfort navigating internal systems and general office equipment
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1+ year of customer service or administrative experience preferred
Work Environment:
- In-person, office-based role with frequent interaction
- Regular business hours, Monday through Friday
Pay Transparency (CA):
The hourly pay for this position is $19.00.
