Job Description

Job Summary:

The Customer Care Representative researches and responds to routine telephone, e-mail, or in person inquiries from homeowners in regard to problems, questions, or complaints.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Processes incoming calls; evaluates the customer’s needs; researches and resolves problems related to the status of the issue to be resolved
• Follows up on work orders; finds alternative product source and handles mail duties
• Serves as first point of contact between Associa and the homeowner in solving service issues
  
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level.
• Knowledge of typical business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling, etc.)

• Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).

The pay rate for this position is $18 hourly. The hours are Monday-Thursday, 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-1pm
