Premiere association Management Company is looking for a dependable person to perform custodial and light maintenance duties. Primarily, this position is outside, year-round, through all elements of weather. The position requires work on the weekend. This is a full-time, forty hour/week position with benefits including medical, vision, dental and supplemental insurance, as well as Vacation, Sick, and Holiday pay. This association is located in North Myrtle Beach, SC.
Daily Duties:

Must be able to work in all elements of weather conditions, sit, stand, walk, kneel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, crawl, talk, hear, push, pull, grasp, use hands and fingers, have clear vision and lift up to 50 pounds.

- Light Maintenance duties (i.e., painting, pressure washing, replacing bulbs, etc.)
- Custodial duties (i.e., cleaning, mopping, pool, etc.)
- Reporting of progress for projects and updates to manager(s)

- Must be a self-starter
- Must be able to work with a team and independently
- Weekends required
- Must passbackground check and drug screen
