Custodial/Light Maintenance Personnel

Premiere association Management Company is looking for a dependable person to perform custodial and light maintenance duties. Primarily, this position is outside, year-round, through all elements of weather. The shift includes weekend work: Thursday thru Monday from 6:30am until 3:30pm.This is a full-time, forty hour/week position with benefits including medical, vision, dental and supplemental insurance, as well as Vacation and Holiday pay.

Daily job duties and responsibilities:

• Light Maintenance duties (i.e., painting, replacing bulbs, etc.)
• Custodial duties (i.e., cleaning, mopping, etc.)
• Reporting of progress for projects and updates to manager(s)
  
  

Requirements

• Must be dependable
• Must be a self-starter
• Must be an independent worker
• Weekends required
• Must passbackground check and drug screen
  
  

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to work in all elements of weather conditions, sit, stand, walk, kneel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, crawl, talk, hear, push, pull, grasp, use hands and fingers, have clear vision and lift up to 50 pounds.
