Job Description

Our Company is looking for a dependable person to perform custodial and light maintenance duties for one of our premier associations. Primarily, this position is outside, year round, through all elements of weather.

Daily job duties and responsibilities:

• Light maintenance duties (i.e. painting, replacing bulbs, pressure washing, etc.)
• Janitorial duties (i.e. cleaning, sweeping, mopping, etc.)
• Must be dependable.
• Must be a self-starter.
• Must be an independent worker.
• Weekends required.
• Must passbackground check and drug screen.
  
  

Requirements

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to work in all elements of weather conditions, sit, stand, walk, kneel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, crawl, talk, hear, push, pull, grasp, use hands and fingers, have clear vision and lift up to 30 pounds.
