Job Description

The Covenants Administrator plays an active role in achieving long-term customer satisfaction in the context of Community Association relationships. Specific responsibilities will vary with designated communities and may include, but are not limited to: Inspecting properties for maintenance, landscaping, safety, and compliance issues and accurately recording findings.

Work Hours:

Monday - Thursday, 8:30am - 5pm

Friday, 8:30am - 2pm

Saturday, 12pm - 3pm.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Conduct site inspections and notify responsible parties of code issues given in writing, by phone, in person and electronically.
  • Respond to and investigate allegations of violations of codes to determine validity of
  • complaints and the appropriate course of action to mitigate issues.
  • Investigate and enforce property codes within boundaries. Document, notate, and take pictures of violations to submit with reports.
  • Schedule and perform systematic property maintenance inspections to maintain or achieve
  • minimum property standards.
  • Track inspections and follow-up to ensure violation was corrected.
  • Prepare weekly violation reports.
  • Assist homeowners in completing Architectural Application Process and submit to the Board of Directors for approval.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED Required; Associates Degree Preferred.
  • 2+ years of association, single family, multi-family, leasing, rental, customer service, or residential experience, preferred.
  • Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
  • Professional customer service skills. Provide customer service to a variety of callers in a friendly, informed, and courteous manner.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
  • Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
  • Reliable transportation is required. This position requires the use of your personal vehicle when performing most property inspections.
