Job Description

TheCovenants Administratorplays an active role in achieving long-term customer satisfaction inthe context of Community Association relationships. Specific responsibilities will vary withdesignated communities and may include, but are not limited to: Inspecting properties formaintenance, landscaping, safety, and compliance issues and accurately recording findings.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Conduct site inspections and notify responsible parties of code issues given in writing, by phone, in person andelectronically.
  • Respond to and investigate allegations of violations of codes to determine validity of complaints and the appropriate course of action to mitigate issues.
  • Investigate and enforce property codes within boundaries. Document, notate, and take pictures of violations to submit with reports.
  • Schedule and perform systematic property maintenance inspections to maintain or achieve minimum property standards.
  • Track inspections and follow-up to ensure violation was corrected.
  • Prepare weekly violation reports.
  • Assist homeowners in completingArchitectural Application Process and submit to the Board of Directors for approval.
  • Attend Covenants Committee Meetings and Board Meetings.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED Required;Associates Degree Preferred.
  • 2+ years of HOA experience is highly desired.
  • Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
  • Professional customer service skills. Provide customer service to a variety of callers in a friendly, informed, and courteous manner.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
  • Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
  • Reliable transportation is required.This position requires the use of your personal vehicle when performing most property inspections.
