Job Description

As a Recruiter, you will be an integral part of our HR team, collaborating with Operations to fulfill all current and future staffing needs. Your responsibilities will include defining the position requirements, sourcing top talent, and fostering positive relationships with potential candidates, internal customers, clients, industry experts, and vendors.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Cultivate positive relationships with potential candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Develop proactive and innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of talent, actively and passively
  • Take a proactive approach to managing job requisitions and anticipate future recruiting needs to ensure high-quality talent acquisition
  • Maintain constant communication with the HR and Operations teams to align with operational objectives and branch needs
  • Evaluate candidates for suitability and conduct screening interviews
  • Perform administrative duties, including report preparation and guiding applicants through background process
  • Monitor recruiting metrics and provide recommendations for process enhancements
  • Stay updated on current trends, industry best practices, and relevant laws
  • Follow internal onboarding processes to ensure timely and accurate completion
  • Collaborate with the HR team to facilitate orientation sessions
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Experience in a high-volume corporate recruitment environment
  • Knowledge of basic HR processes and practices
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor
  • Demonstrates confidentiality and discretion in all duties and responsibilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Programs, including Teams, Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Familiarity with ATS and CRM software
  • Experience sourcing through LinkedIn, Indeed and other platforms
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills, particularly in time-critical situations
  • Detail-oriented with effective organizational skills
