Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for comprehensive execution of full-cycle recruiting process (requisition management, sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and offer negotiations) associated with key talent searches across the South Region (Florida, Georgia, and Tennessee).
- Assigned talent searches will include individual contributor, manager, and director levels in our corporate heart of house (sales, marketing, legal, corporate finance, client accounting services, and community solutions), as well as all HR positions, regardless of level, across the South Region.
- Successfully run such searches within provided process guidelines and in accordance with stated KPIs.
- Develop trusted relationships and influence with relevant hiring managers and business partners by proactively engaging them to understand their recruitment needs in context of their stated missions and consistently delivering on the promise of excellent service and timely presentation of high potential, well qualified, diverse candidates for consideration.
- Work with the Director, Talent Acquisition to develop a strategic, systematic talent curation capability in order to proactively build talent pipelines in support of addressing hiring needs and facilitating business objectives as applicable both today and in the future.
- Ensure adherence to all equal employment opportunity (EEO) legislation, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and other government compliance requirements.
- Work closely with TA leadership and team members to monitor and evolve practices for continuous process improvement.

Education & Experience
- 3+ years full-cycle recruiting experience across role types/levels with 2+ years specifically working people leader placements (Manager+ roles).
- Some experience specifically focused on successfully recruiting executives (VP+) is preferred.
- Current experience working with recruiting and candidate related tools and systems, including applicant tracking systems (ADP Recruiting Management preferred), CRMs, resume databases, job boards, and other modern sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Nymeria, Hiretual, ZoomInfo, social media, etc.).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- Current professional recruiting certifications such as CIR, ACIR, and/or CSMR preferred.
- Experience recruiting in property management and/or hospitality industries preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Proficiencies
- Proven track record successfully managing a concurrent requisition load of 15+. Must have strong organizational, interpersonal, and communications skills.
- Exceptional ability to identify, source, and sell (influence) well qualified, high potential candidates.
- Ability to seamlessly and successfully work with, educate and influence novice and experienced hiring managers, including executives.
- Proficient in Boolean search (including Google X-Ray) and data mining.
- Experience in manager-level+ talent curation/pipelining.
- Independent problem solver capable of succeeding without need of constant oversight.
- Must have a comfort level consistently meeting or exceeding measurable performance expectations.
- Proficient with enabling technologies such as an ATS, CRM, and MS Office.
Travel
Travel, sometimes overnight, up to 10% in order to support or otherwise participate in regional meetings or special recruiting events.
