With sound industry knowledge, the Corporate QA & Compliance Manager is well versed in all aspects of HOA management and looks to implement best practices and achieve new levels of personalized service. The Corporate QA & Compliance Manager position is right for you if you would like to help behind the scenes to create processes that help our team meet the client’s expectations. Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Hold stakeholder meetings to ensure the end-to-end processes are operating as expected.
  • Develop toolkits and reference materials to be used by community management to enhance overall compliance.
  • Provide mentorship to community managers with regard to efficiency of task management.
  • Hold meetings with department leaders to provide insights into meeting compliance standards and trends
  • Research new methodology and procedures to create further efficiencies.

  • Audit/Review and Tax Return Tracking and Compliance

  • New Seabreeze initiatives and process Tracking
  • Create and Maintain KPI scorecard to be shared with regional and senior leaders

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • At least 4 years of community association and/or property management experience.
  • Effectively coordinate multiple projects, use time management skills, and exercise independent judgment.
  • Strong collaborator -skilled at communicating as a “partner”, helping to develop achievable due dates given the demands on community manager’s time. Provide ways to help prioritize tasks to fit in compliance requests, e.g. sharing level of effort, time commitment, short cuts, etc.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills – i.e., communicating with tact and diplomacy
  • Influencing without direct authority - Strong internal/external customer relation skills to communicate with all levels of management, employees, homeowners, and other stakeholders.
  • Project management skills – project plan development, reporting and analysis
  • Work with confidential/sensitive information and discretion in communicating such information.
  • Exceptional time management and follow-up skills.
  • Organizational, planning, , and problem-solving skills.
  • Effectively and efficiently handle priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft tools such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word

Minimum Education

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

CCAM® designation or CMCA® designations desired.

Language Skills

The position requires strong verbal communication, bi-lingual a plus. The individual must have strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively with employees and clients at all levels of the organization.

License/Permits/Certifications Required

Valid Driver’s License and State mandated vehicle insurance.

Availability

Regular business hours and must be available for in-person meetings, community events and after regular business hours, as necessary.
