Description

WPM Real Estate Management, located in Owings Mills MD, is looking for an efficient, highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! This individual will provide administrative support to all divisions of WPM. Ideal candidate possesses great attention to detail, excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), ability to multitask efficiently and accurately, and works well both independently and as part of a team.

  • Starting rate for this position is $22.50 - $24.00 based on experience*

Essential Functions

  • Provides both planned and impromptu administrative support to all business lines.
  • Covers Assistant duties for a department when the role is vacant or that Associate is out of office
  • Steps in as an additional resource for large-scale divisional initiatives
  • Gathers, compiles, and/or audits records as needed (example: certificates of insurance)
  • Maintains some knowledge of all WPM departments, software systems, and processes
  • Helps keep Standard Operating Procedure documentation current
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Education And Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as an administrative assistant
  • Excellent organization skills, flexibility, and dedication required
  • Prior work in Real Estate Management preferred
  • Experience with Property Management software systems a major plus
