CONTROLLER – Seven Canyons Golf (Sedona, AZ)

HOAMCO has an immediate opening for a full-time Controller who will direct and oversee the financial activities of the company, prepare financial reports and summaries, and create forecasts predicting future growth. Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or Finance with a minimum 3-year accounting experience.
- Detail-oriented and excellent attention to detail and follow-up.
- Able to prioritize daily duties.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Dependable, organized, motivated, and trustworthy.
- Superior customer service skills and a great attitude.
Duties And Responsibilities (but Not Limited To)
- Prepare and analyze accurate and timely financial reports including income statements, balance sheets, owner reports, and sales tax returns.
- Review daily cash activities and balances for accuracy and accountability.
- Monitor financial and operating performance compared to budget.
- Review processes and suggests improvements to current methods.
- Work with President and General Manager to coordinate planning and establish priorities.
- Establish and maintain relationships with independent auditors.
- Supervise accounting staff.
Selected candidates are subject to pre-hire proficiency tests.
