Job Description
Compiles, reviews, reconciles, prepares, and analyzes entries to facilitate the bookkeeping function. Processing of financial statements and other reports in an accurate and timely manner. Coordinates accounts payable processing. Performs all duties in accordance with Access Management’s policies, processes, and procedures and within the realm of the management philosophy.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Review and process accounts receivable activities in conjunction with operations and accounting teams to ensure timeliness, accuracy, accountability and general ledger coding and posting monthly into general ledger.
- Compile, prepare, back-up and analyze all Financial Reporting to provide accurate, timely information to management, Community Board of Directors and members.
- Compiles all financial statements covering all activities of the Associations and the maintenance of all budget control procedures.
- Direct the preparation of any information required by owners and corporate office.
- Compiles daily, weekly and quarterly reports.
- Prepares monthly financial statements.
- Preparation of all balance sheet reconciliations.
- Ensures timely and accurate receivables postings are completed.
- Reconcile monthly bank statements.
- Preparation of the financial statement, periodic forecasts and annual budget to provide support to ensure timely, accurate information.

- Practice and adhere to Access Management’s Service Standards.
- Keep the CFO promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance.
- Maintain a favorable working relationship with all other Access Management employees to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate.
- Conduct business at all times with the highest standards of personal, professional and ethical conduct.
- Perform or assist with any operations as required to maintain workflow and to meet schedules.
- May participate in any variety of meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain specified level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements, policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Ensure all safety precautions are followed while performing work.
- Follow all policies and Standard Operating Procedures as instructed by Management.
- Perform any range of special projects, tasks and other related duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills & Proficiencies
- Excellent people skills, team building skills and conflict management skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Applications, especially Word, Outlook and Excel. Vantaca knowledge a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to make sound business decisions and work effectively with little or no supervision.
- Strong time management skills.
- Strong problem solving and conflict management skills.
- Ability to successfully work with a wide range of personnel including vendors, personnel, office staff and all levels of management personnel.

Work Environment
The work environment characteristics are normal office conditions. This is a full-time position. There will be occasions when it is necessary to work various evenings, weekends and holidays. Consistent and regular attendance required.
