Job Description
Lincoln Hancock Restoration and is looking for energetic, goal oriented Construction Manager to grow with the company. We are owned and backed by Associa and are looking to expand quickly. The Traveling Construction Manager is responsible for managing time, cost and most importantly customer expectations during emergency water, fire and mold mitigation as well as the reconstruction/rebuild process. All of this is expected while providing the best customer service and communication possible to our customers/clients.
Construction Managers need to have experience with large loss Construction Management and be willing to travel.
Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
- Responding and successfully managing water mitigation and rebuild projects for both residential and commercial
- Provide leadership and assistance to the mitigation technician team while offering technical direction, and work related advice and oversight.
- Responsible for managing all communications with insurance carriers and clients regarding mitigation
- Establish and maintain relationships with agents, adjusters and vendors
- Monitor guidelines and profitability of specific insurance programs
- Create accurate scopes of work and create profitable mitigation estimates based on this scope of work using Xactimate software
- Complete necessary paperwork to record all job notes and utilize industry software
- Accurately track payroll/invoices of contracted workers
Requirements
- Four Year Degree preferred or equivalent experience (2+ years') in emergency mitigation services and/or 5+ years in construction industry
- Experience estimating projects and managing people
- IICRC certification in Water (WRT) Minimum, Advanced Structural Drying (ASD) is preferred.
- Xactimate experience is a must
- Excellent computer skills, including: MS-Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Willingness to work on-call rotation to handle water losses
- Valid driver's license
