(CONFIDENTIAL) Onsite Compliance Inspector (KTX2023-4910)

Using technology, the Compliance Inspector will drive through the community to assess compliance with the community’s property codes.

Primary responsibility will be to note violations,

attribute them to the owner’s file,

and generate the appropriate violation letter.

Follow-up inspections will be conducted to assess if the property has been brought into compliance or if the violation process should escalate to the next level.

Plius other work related tasks as needed

• Must have own vehicle, clean driving record and be detail oriented.
• Ability to use technology
• Background screening and pre-employment drug screening required.
• Ability to utilize technology is mandatory.

Pay and Benefits

$20 to $22, depending on education and experience.
