- Advise the board and residents on best practices, vendors, improvements, safety, and staff hiring.
- Efficiently handle emergency situations to minimize damage.
- Use your leadership skills to manage and develop property staff.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Over five years of property management experience.
- Excellent leadership abilities.
- Strong organizational skill
