Job Summary
Affinity Management Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Condo Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale condominium projects and possess strong leadership and organizational skills. This role requires a dynamic individual who can effectively coordinate with engineers, contractors, city officials, and board members to ensure successful project completion.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met.
- Liaise with engineers, contractors, and city officials to facilitate smooth project progression.
- Work closely with board members to establish the scope of work and select appropriate vendors.
- Prepare detailed Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to solicit bids from potential vendors.
- Analyze and compare bids to ensure the best value and quality for the project.
- Oversee the quality of workmanship and ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Address and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, with strong organizational and leadership skills.
- In-depth understanding of construction processes, engineering principles, and city regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
- CAM License
