Job Description

Are you a customer-oriented individual that would like to be the face and represent a beautiful community? Join Associa as a Concierge Representative and have the flexibility of working part-time hours and sharing your customer service or hospitality skills with our residents and guest at this beautiful community. We are seeking a reliable individual with a passion for ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist residents and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently and courteously.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Monitor and control access to the residential community.
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
  
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook).
• At least one year of directly related or closely related experience.
• Able to work effectively with others in person and in group setting.
• Able to communicate effectively and professionally on phone, email, and in-person.
• Must be able to operate general office equipment (copies, fax, phone system, etc.).
• Professional Customer service skills.
• High School Diploma or GED.
