Chain Bridge Estates is a premier residential community where exclusivity andmodern luxury are intertwined to create an unmatched living experience. We are seeking a Concierge Manager who embodies sophistication and dedication to
service excellence. This role is crucial in ensuring our esteemed residents,accustomed to exceptional services, enjoy a lifestyle that far exceedsexpectations. The Concierge Manager must provide premier service, embodying elegance, and exceptional attention to detail, ensuring all residents receive auniquely personalized and luxurious living experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver unparalleled service excellence, enhancing the everyday lives of allresidents.
- Engage with residents to understand their preferences and tailor servicesthat match the sophisticated ambiance of the estate.
- Lead concierge operations and ensure all duties are executed withexcellence and meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, proactivelyunderstanding and fulfilling their needs to enhance satisfaction andretention.
- Organize and oversee lifestyle services and amenities tailored to residents’preferences, including special events, personal assistance, and exclusivebookings.
- Collaborate with maintenance, security, and external vendors to ensureseamless integration of services.
- Manage and resolve complex resident concerns with discretion andprofessionalism.
- Keep abreast of local attractions, events, and lifestyle trends to offerinformed recommendations and services to residents.
- Uphold safety and security protocols for all interactions and activitieswithin the community.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or experiencewithin a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, high-end residentialmanagement, or equivalent experience.
- Certified Guest Service Professional (CGSP)certification, required.
- Demonstrated leadership and proactive management mindset.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in upscale Association, hotel, or similar luxury settings.
- Preferred Certification: Certified Hospitality Supervisor (CHS) certification.
- Additional certifications in guest service or property management.
