We are currently looking for a part-time Concierge team member who is dedicated to a gorgeous active living community who shares our vision, values and commitment to superior customer service.
Position Summary
Concierge team members are responsible for greeting and assisting homeowners and guests with helpfulness and courtesy. Directing visitors to the proper department or individual, announcing visitors to staff by providing prudent information (name, address, nature of visit, appointment/walk-in), monitoring conference rooms, coordinating courier bag pick up, and issuing and monitoring key fobs when assigned to guests, and more.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Welcome clubhouse homeowners and guests; answer questions; register visitors and issue visitor tags as required; issue fobs upon receipt of collateral.
- Accept and issue receipts as requested for homeowner payments.
- Ensure the conference rooms are neat and tidy at all times (assist with clean up as necessary).
- Accept package delivery and advise recipient when delivered packages are received at reception area.
- Performs various administrative/managerial tasks in support of facility's mission.
- Follows and enforces all community safety and security policies, programs, procedures and rules, and regulations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level.
- Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
- Professional customer service skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
- Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
- High school diploma High School Diploma or GED Required.
- 0 – 3 years of directly related or closely related experience.
Schedule
Approximately 16-20 hours per week. Shift is 6:30am to 2:30pm for either Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday. This vacancy also requires flexibility to cover staff absences and events as needed.
